大叔又来普及健康知识了。我觉得这集很棒的一点是实际上揭示了科学研究的困境：针对同一主题，不同研究团队得到的研究结果可能是相反的，即使双方并不存在方法上的科学错误。关于红肉对健康的影响，可确定的共识是：减少红肉摄入很可能有助于降低心血管疾病几率；培根香肠类的肉加工食品危害更大。
